Swirl Session Two was a collaboration with Oatley Vineyard, our local Somerset producer.
Six wines, half from Oatley, paired with cheese (mostly..), with a playful twist: not every pairing you’d expect actually works, and we let guests find that out for themselves. A surprise pairing on the night kept things unpredictable.
Thirty seats, guided by Ned, Oatley’s owner, throughout. Good wine close to home, and a proper introduction to what Somerset is producing.
